If you hire an attorney for ssdi and you realize he does not do anything 'til it gets to appeal?
Hire an attorney for social security disability and i found at last minute that he doesnt do anything until it gets to appeal so he does so far is file my application in for me which was 7 months age and now I talk to the analysis at the socal security determination did all the phone call and fill questioare and made sure she got the doctor questionaire form, medcial history,current record,meds,and third party questionaire and they're making a decision, but I get a approved w/o it going to appeal will I have to 25% to my attorney for doing nothing but filing an application for me? Can I fight it? will I have to get another attorney to fight it? Were should go ?
HE DID NOT MAKE SURE I HAD DOCUMENT I NEED.I HAD TO TALK TO TALK TO SSA ONE ON ONE BY MYSELF AND GIVING HIM MORE THAN $2000 AND IT DONT GO TO APPEAL DOE NOT MAKE SINCE TO ME........THEY HAVEN'T EVEN CALL ME FOR A CHECK UP.......HOW YOU FEEL IF HAD TO GIVE SOMEONE TO MUCH MONEY OVER FILLING OUT PAPER WORK
In most cases of disability they will always turn you down and then it will go to an appeal. having an attorney now helps you win the appeal.
