Solaris 10 How to coexist peacefully with Win 7 x64 on the same SSD?
Now, when I either install OpenSolaris, or Solaris 10, they offer me the chance Win 7 to my boat, but it does not. I get an error message missing Windows files. Now I work for this, but I now use an Intel SSD, and it is a "partition system reserve at the beginning of the disk (I think require amplification control), and I wonder if Solaris refers back to that first partition it sees is not possible me to boot my Windows 7 in D: .... What do you think? My Unix / Linux skills are not first class .... Oh, and WinGrub not to install ... Both OSes are x64 ... Can someone help?
It is probably easier to have 1 hard drive for OS 1 - makes things a little easier. So 2 for 2 HDD's OS-es. Not know how to install a boot manager in that case, which is my next step in exploring Linux.
