When the world was using DDR1 what was the hard drive speed in terms of MB / s?

I saw a video on youtube saying that with an array of 24 SSD used in a RAID, it reaches 2 GB / s and when I went online review of the year 2008 that the maximum speed of the hard disk was 200MB / s RAID without reading, so a question came to mind .... What was the hard disk speed when the world was using DDR1?

Well, we were whihci ATA133 IDE or when running on 133MB perseocnd. but befoe that if there were older types of RAM, back in the mid-1990s we were using ATA 54 that ran on 54MB / s and the ealies ATA drive can run at 14MB / s, which was about the previous year 1990 Hope this helps
