How does this laptop hard drive work?
I know how a normal hard disk works, but how does this: http://www.amazon.com/Predator-SATA-II-3Gbps-flex-fit-bracket/dp/tech-data/B002IRAD5U/ref=de_a_smtd "I know what 177-2738762-6975655 SSD. So this section regularly drive some SSD drive and uses the SSD for what purpose?
Just like an ordinary hard disk, but instead of platters to store data it uses solid state memory (like a USB drive) to store data. SSD drives are much faster than hard disk drive, because they have no moving parts, so there is no delay in data transfer process. SSD drives can also be more resistant to shock as also that no moving parts. The only real disadvantage of the SSD drive is one that they are two expensive and have limited read and write cycle ... that's more you copy, delete, write, formatting the disk and will have shorter life. Approximately nine lives like the rule.
