PCI Express vs Sata SSD?
Ok, I'm looking to buy a gaming Rig. I actually found all the parts except the hard drive. I decided to go for a solid state drive. In examining them, I found that the PCI-Express SSD has read and write considerbly higher than SATA drives. This led me to my question, "What is the difference between PCI Express and SATA2 and? Can be used as hard disks?" Any useful feedback would be much appreciated. The SSD drives are all solid state, no moving parts. Personally, they havent proven themselves yet not. Sata is fast enough for games Will you dont walk from the station to begin. The game data is loaded into memory, so a faster hard drive is useless. RAM and video RAM are what you need to concentrate on. Also keep in mind that the more waste you have running in the background, the less available RAM you have. Keep everything from funk and running your games will work fine with a SATA disk.
