Sony Vaio Z or 13-inch MacBook Pro?
I'm not sure who to get her are some specifications: 13 inch Vaio Z 3.1 lbs 6.5 hours battery i7 2.66 GHz, 192 GB SSD 4 GB DDR3 RAM GeForce 330M GT 1GB VRAM GPU near $ 2300 or 13-inch MacBook Pro (the nicer one) $ 1,500 I heard a new one will be released in a few weeks. 7 hours battery 4 GB RAM, 3.4 lbs I'm not sure about the other specs. What do you think is better to get?
Whats that from, the VAIO owner of the Mac Book in almost every category except battery life (but only half hour). The i7 in the VAIO is a new CPU performs much better than its predecessors. Plus, the VAIO's 330M is a lot powerful graphics card than the 9400M's MAC. The quality of each should be very similar as they both considered top of the line brands. The SSD shouldn't constitute an assurance, but it will be blazing fast compared to a traditional hard drive. I find it really impressive for the laptop weighs 3.4 pounds less than the Mac. The VAIO is a much better computer ...... but as you know ....... her $ 800 more expensive, but thats okay, then go for it.
