Which laptop is better? Pics included?

im looking for a simple laptop mainly for internet use and writing essays about Microsoft Word (hw). I thought getting the Dell mini-8.9 "or samsung, but i dont know which one is better. The Samsung seems too good to be true. Who are they? The screens MUCH too small? Samsung is the 10.2 ", but it is as beautiful as it looks in the picture or is it like an old laptop like 1999? or others that I should get?? im on a budget.
