Computer Manufacturer Dell has a contract with John Lewis, High Street retailer to exclusively sell its range Adamo XPS of ultra-thin laptops. John Lewis is expected to run throughout the Christmas Adamo XPS laptop. It would also sell Dell Studio 15 laptops and Inspiron models in the United Kingdom.
The deal between Dell and John Lewis has come as a big surprise to the market, although the former has more such deals with retailers Tesco and DSGi undertaken.

The Adamo XPS laptop is a 9.9 mm thick laptop, thinnest laptop in the world easily. Costing around £ 1750, has an Intel Core 2 Duo ULV processor, which can run at 1.4 GHz, 4 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD storage. The Dell product has a 13.4 inch HD-WLED display, Bluetooth, a two megapixel webcam and much more. Dell is also offering the Windows 7 Home laptop.
