When will it ideal to buy a new laptop?
I am very proud of AMD's Phenom II, but it came a little late. Anywayz, back to laptops. In perhaps in one years, do you think will be seen SSD hard drives in laptops? I hope that AMD comes with a good mobile CPU at least next year. If I have the choice of buying a new laptop, but I think it will be a bit lost. My current pretty okay. Core 2 Duo 2.1GHz, 256MB video card, 3GB RAM, etc. ... What do you think? Norway is not much affected by the financial crysis, so most people have no problems. gas prices are almost the only thing affected. Nah, Radeon card: P
I would not say that I am "proud", but I am glad AMD finally released a useful processor. It is not as fast as Intel's flagship, but the CPU is not bad at all. As laptops, I am a company One believer should never wait for new technology. New technology is ALWAYS coming out. If you keep waiting for the next big thing, you always wait. SSDs are already starting seen in some laptops, but it is not yet a mainstream product by any means. SSD's are still very expensive compared to magnetic hard drives. It will be a few years take the technology to fully mature, but I do not think that the end of magnetic disks to see for a long time still. As for your current computer choice, looks good. GeForce video card?
