Sims 3 is working on a laptop that 16ssd (no hard drive), but I think his name is Secure State Drive?

I think SSD Solid State Drive. It is not a mechanical drive and standard hard drive where your moving parts. To answer your question, you also need other components like the processor speed to describe graphic unit, and RAM.
