All drives are SATA 3 Gbit / s interface.
Everything is high-end there, except your CPU. The Q6600 is outdated and will be surpassed by a decent quad-core, like the i5 Core Phenom II 940 or 750. Go for a Core i7 920 or Q9650 if you want high-end. Other than that everything is top notch.
